Ancient Grains Organic Quinoa Pasta

Of all the gluten free pastas available today, Ancient Grains Quinoa pastas are my favorite. I love that they’re made out of more nutritious grain (OK, it’s technically a seed) instead of lackluster rice flour or potato flour. And these cook up better than any of the other flours, too. They’re not only great the first day, but they reheat well, too. You can even cook them ‘al dente’ without them seeming undercooked - something I can’t seem to achieve with other pastas. Hot or cold, they’re great.
